Where is everyone getting their hemp oil and all from?

Im going to give udo's a go next month

too expensive for me !

Im getting on well with Hemp and Olive Oil to be honest - its giving me all the energy I need.

I'm going buying some oils today. Going to pick up some hemp oil and Udo's oil.

You only need a bit of Udo's oil KP, then use the cheaper oils like hemp and coconut for energy... I think olive oil is expensive as you need a good quality one.

I buy this one in Tescos. Am not sure if there are cheaper ones around... haven't really looked elsewhere but probably should!

My favourite so far is Pukka Herbs one. Taste is very good. Organic too. I highly rate all their products actually. Fair trade, organic, traceable. Very good company.

£18 inc P&P is the best I've seen - they also do bulk discount for 6 bottles.

Something dodgy going on with that site when using your link, it's trying to charge me £6 P&P just for Udo's Oil and Braggs Amino's when it's supposed to have free P&P

discount supps have 500ml of udos for 15 quid but they have sold out. Bugger

What is braggs aminos?

From what i can see it's an amino acid rich seasoning/sauce, but does it contain enough protein to contribute to diet or is it just a healthier alternative to other seasonings?

yeah, you're right. I just followed it through and when you get to the external payment people they've added the postage on. And you're right it should be free. I'll email energise and tell them.

Alternatively, order via phone and say health4ni recommended you. They're a nice bunch.

thats what I am using now Bison

Was annoyed abit when reading there shipping policy but I got it within 5-6 days and may have misunderstood it initialy.

I got the 3 bottles and keep them in the fridge. Take about 8 tablespoons a day currently.

Might take the plung on the 4litre next.

I have some of that good oil coming in this weeks shopping and will be getting some udos when i get piad

Bloody hell, upto 21 days! Didn't see that.... ah well, they're a damn site cheaper than energizeforlife where I got my Udo's from, no way I'm paying £8 just for 250ml.

Yeah I got some Udo's coming aswell... also got some of the soy sauce Scott recommended, Bratt's or something it's called. Worth a shot as it only pennies.

Bragg Liquid Aminos. Very nice on salads and other stuff too.

In fairness mate they did get it inside 5 days and they say the 21 day thing to cover themselves.

Id fone them if concerned - I cant knock the product so I am just going to order well in advance

I'm not too bothered as long as the product itself is good I'm cool... just used to getting internet orders within a couple of days, you kind of take these things for granted!

I really cant work out the point of that product. You'd get all those aminos and more from any piece of meat/fish?
