Yeah I'd agree, it's not a very dense powder.

I like OKG, improves pumps a little and seems to improve strength when going pretty heavy... i always felt like my muscles were stronger/more efficient at firing somehow when on it. One funny thing though was that it always gave me real hunger pangs about 20mins after taking.

I'd say OKG is the single most impressive supplement I've ever used, never experienced a boost in strength like that. I'll never forget the first time it kicked in during DB Presses, it just felt like a had an overzealous spotter pushing my arms up for me. Awesome.

Only really felt it with pushing exercises though weirdly...

It was pretty much exactly the same for me.

I felt nothing for two weeks, then laid down for some DB bench one session and the same weight just felt noticably lighter in my hands and was much easier to press.

Not used OKG for nearly a year now but will start off again once I'm back from holiday and start training for the new season.

How long does it take to kick in generally? I've got 500g of the stuff that I'm tempted to crack into, but am off to France in a month's time (only for a week mind) so if I'd be better waiting for a clean run then I will do.

I'd wait till afterwards. Takes around 10-14 days and you can run for a good 5-6 weeks before it loses effect although I ran continuously for 18 months and found it good all the way through. If you're generally very active then you'll definately find it of benefit.
