I've been drug free for 1 year now and back into the training on off for about 6 months and properly for the last 2 months and feeling great. The only thing is that I'm now very sensitive to what I put in my body now so diet effects me dramatically. I find that a low protein mostly raw fruit n veg diet works best for over all performance and mood, it took me 12 months to work out whats good for my body and mind through self trial and error.
I'm a welder/sheet metal worker to trade but my interest is now in nutrition and health for myself and others so I'm going back to school to get the qualifications I need to do a degree course in nutrition. I've done the partying and house buying part the other way round and its now time to educate myself in what I'm really interested in. I find nutrition a very fascinating subject as it really does effect my performance mentally and physically in a much more noticeable way than ever before. I am to be as healthy mentally and physically than ever before and sculpt a lean but strong body.
