She wants to improve her chest the most, being very ample in the chest area she wants support from muscle. So I've got her training chest twice a week (once flat, once incline). The incline is on a shallow gradient. However dropping this exersize for another one I think is a good idea like you suggested. Espesially as she can still do flat BB bench, maybe pull overs.

She already has good core strength and leg strength, just really needs to develop the flexibility to deliver it. That and finding the grove. With so many people doing the back squat wrong I can't even be bothered to teach it.
