Planned diet for first Epi cycle

Postby ollie on Mon Mar 31, 2008 3:47 pm

I'm 3-4 weeks away from finishing my cut now (to take me down to ~8% bodyfat @ 78-79kg), after that I'll have a deload week where I'll introduce more food again, and then get cracking on my first Epistane cycle.

I'll be pulsing and plan to eat around maintenance levels for the first cycle to limit/eliminate fat gain. I've had time on my hands today so have come up with this...any thoughts? There will be more variation than is suggested there - particularly at weekends where I'll have a treat or 2, staying close to that sort of calorie intake:

One other question - I've got exams in June, by which time I will have been 'off' for 10 days. Is this likely to disrupt my sleeping patterns or ability to concentrate? One of them is especially tough and I don't want to take any risks with it!

I found my concentration a bit shaky in days 2-4(inclusive) then it levelled out to normal and if anyhing I'm more focussed than usual at the moment. Sleep is no problem(unless, like me you have an uncomfotable bed and too long in it fucks you up).

Yeah, everything I've heard suggests I'll be fine during the cycle...it's post cycle I'm worried about. Simon and Alex should be able to help? :)

I haven't included my supp protocol in full above - in addition to what I've listed I'll be using 20-30g BCAAs peri-workout, as well as OKG and BA when they fall within cycle :)

Sleep should be ok. I noted a couple of nights having difficulty dropping off but I think that was more a combination of having a cold and getting comfortable with the extra muscle mass.

Anyway, ZMA and 5-HTP seems to have sorted me out.
