start with Mini's..hope im not leading you up a wrong path as i dont know your arm injury, but these will help you put the load where you want it (ie the lockout part of presses) to hit the triceps.

Even if they arent a solution, its good to have a set of bands as they have all sorts of uses.

Super. Thanks Mark. I don’t think you are leading me up the wrong path. A lot of the physio work I have had to do and continue to do is based on band work. Could be interesting working out how to use them...I might be PMing you quite a lot!

Those resistance bands are so versatile, definitely a worthwhile purchase. Can be sued for almost any type of resistance training and super functional.

lol

When I was squatting on Wednesday I just came up from the 2nd rep of the 110kg ATG squat and I was like a mad thing and laughing at myself in the mirror! Dunno where that came from. Went back down for another rep and got it ok. I'm sure the other people in the gym thought I was crazy. Something like what the Joker from Batman would do you know. Bizarre. But I loved it.

Hey Pingu.

Good to see you're still at it :D

Are you still training at Flex? JJB just seems to be getting busier, there's no atmosphere there and i've found myself doing a few sessions at home. I really need to come in and have a look and maybe think about switching.

Go take a good look at Flex Wardie. It's a great gym.
