Well I didn't home till quite late and the light wasn;t good...which is my excuse for these poor pics. Meh, my posing is pants. Still, progress, albeit slow, is being made.

Rightio people. Last night marked the end of my cut. Did the whole carb loading thing the day before and dehydration on Thursday.
I've lost 7kg total and feel much better for it.

Need to work on getting the lower body fat down more, and improving my stomach as the 2 major weaknesses....along with learning to actually pose. Probably will start carb cycling in September. I don't intend let carb sources like bread back into my diet as I have way more energy without them.

Comments and criticisms please. :D

You've slimmed down very well. As you say the posing's a problem and concentarting on that will improve your posure and your muslce tone, so practices for 30 minutes per day and you'll look much better as you control the muscles

Well you've definatly leaned up loads but the problem area's remain, now to be fair these will always be the last to go and first to come back but still it does indicate in my opinion a hormone imbalance.

The waist area will improve now you've decided to change carb sources, the legs and hip area's are harder as there's no one definative way to correct the estrogen dominance.

Overall you must be pleased with how the cut went, your back looks great as does your waist from the back, considering how you had troubles shifting the weight to start off with it just shows what results determination and consistancy can bring.

Big changes, looking good... curves in all the right places. Unfortunately i seem to have the same estrogen dominant fat distribution pattern, good on a women, horrific on a man!

Thanks for all the comments and critiques guys. Yes. I am happy at how this went. It was a long hard slog in the beginning and I wasn't seeing much progress, it was really the last month it all came together.

I definitely agree with Craig about the hormone imbalance. Currently investigating what I can do about this. I think there is still a long way to go on balancing my physique out before I can honestly think about competing.

Will be eating as clean as possible, but not hardcore strictly, over August then back into strict eating in Sept.
