Defo a very Classic looking physique Ramsay Has. He would cry if he read someone saying that as classic nowadays is seen as the swimwear class....I mean classic as in Frank Zane like you say.

I know weight doesnt mean much when as conditioned and dry as that but iirc he is a few pounds over 14 st in that pic at 5 ft 11 tall. Kinda scary actually as im that weight but have...well....allot of shit to come off. SHows the actual offseason weight required to be that size infact. Say a lean 10% even!

hmm i reckon being below 10%, having a good ratio of shoulder to waist and a decent set of capped shoulders and good taper with some good guns and you are there! so Mr Muscle is ideal

Delts and Traps tend to be much bigger in geared up guys with good genetics like those fellas - and most dont have that AAS looking freaky traps and delts

besides number 4 Ulisses Wiliiams that is :|

We'll see about potential and fullfillment thereof when I have an actual budget to work with, some of you guys prob earn more in a week than I have to play with in 8-12 weeks for my BBing purposes, so I am quite happy to be progressing at all quite frankly
