I like Phil Health, great physique, but will always remember him for looking slightly confused on the Met-rx training videos :)

Yes, if I am not mistaken he did a stint with Danta and IM....and trained DC...

COOL i will see if i can get near him on Sunday. Spoke to Dennis James last year. He was so laid back it was unreal

Yes a total freak. Lats year to to speak with John Hodgson ( very down to earth), Troy Brown (very chatty) and Dennis James who was laid back and generally happy to talk about anything really. Last year it was just me and my mate this year the girls want to come as well!

Yes it's the Pompy show. Me and my mate went last year and it was good so we are going with our ladies this year as they are both interested. My girl loves taking pics so we should have shed loads
