Seriously though, you've put on a lot of mass around your shoulder girdle and have got a nice V shape developing down to your teeny tiny bottom....which I can't see properly.

19 bin training from 16. training seriously when i started training at rabs gym around a year ago.

Kean, you are doing great! You look lean as well as having built some great mass, that V taper is coming along fantastically, and your waist is so weeny! Your hard work IS paying off, so keep at it!

Can anyone judge roughly my body fat percent from they pics? I used a scanner thing at the gym a month ago but i dont think it was right as i miscalculated my height.
