A friend of mine, who's one week into PCT after a cycle (don't know exactly what he did) has torn his pec, and is unsure about how to diet/train to avoid exaggerated muscle loss during his PCT run.
He is also suffering from extreme sciatic pain at the moment, and on a heavy dose of pain killers.
He's seeing his physio today, but was in a bit of a state yesterday as he put so much hard training and effort into his training in the last few months that he's now a bit paranoid it's all gonna be for nothing.
So far have calmed him down a bit, told him to avoid over eating if he can't train for a while (his next phase of training would have been a cut, so sitting on his butt stuffing his face would be very counter productive to long term goals), keep protein high (although due to the sciatic pain he's having diffculty eating as much), and to look to see what exercise he can do for the rest of his body, even if just very light or not at all all-out, to help him retain as much size as possible.
Any further (or better) advice anyone can give for me to pass on would be great, as I've no experience either of PCT or that kind of injury.
