Anyone use Peanut Butter as fat source? if going to P/F meals ?

Been doing it for a few days now and makes for a fast convenient fat addition on the go

Almond butter as it's better than the peanut varieties and less acidic.

Yep, http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-loc ... _170g.html but delivery up to £36.00.

Otherwise Tesco stock in their whole foods section and some H&B stores also hold it.

I've heard that too, not sure if there's any truth in it.

Almond butter's great.

I use it plenty, predominantly before bed or as an accompaniment to a shake(PWO when dieting),however, when i've got through my stock(large) of the stuff i will also be switching to almond butter.

PB contains phytoestrogens,is insulinogenic and acidic so prob not the best choice, however, its damn tasty! :D
