Fantastic back! I'm sure mine looks like that under my bulk... somewhere! lol!

Seriously though a lot of work has gone into that and it shows. You must be chuffed to bits. :) What do you reckon your BF is sitting at at the moment?

Thanks again guys :)

BF,not that low i'd guess, maybe 12%,the front shot certainly aint up to the same standard, mainly down to the lack of chest/anterior delt work(rotator injury).

Impressive enough Para!! Loving your upper arms especially. Your leaness really shows off the fantastic muscle structure you have there. Excellent! :D

P.S. I may just be blind and missing it, but do you have a journal?

Thanks for the encouraging comments guys, much appreciated, however,i think i'm gonna have to up the cals a little if i want to make the extra gains i desire, they are coming,as my back testifies, but damn it's a slow process!

My problem is losing condition, which i can do very easily,i get to a point and my head goes! then the carbs get cut again!

I know the answer is biting the bullet and going with it,i've just got to convince myself! :?

No journal Pingu, being pretty hopeless, this is about as much as i can manage :)
