Really good price.

How are you planning to supplement?

Def a good price - and just opened it and its not the botched gritty stuff but the fine one.

Ill take it at 2 teaspoons a day for few days then maybe 3-4 teaspoons throughout the day

Ive just find that whetehr you use a mix or quality wheatgrass it seems to get the body back to a decent state [alkaline] in pretty much the same time. But I am using it more as I am using more chicken and fish in my diet for the next few months - so it can only help

might get som goji berries next in a few weeks

See I'd rather use that over digestive enzymes as well.

You ever had goji berries before? Wierd things to eat.

Lol im doing it as a replacement for the Mega Greens - as if getting to alkaline is the goal - you will do it well with a good quality wheatgrass.

If you doing plenty of greens then really you'll have no need for the enzymes.

I couldn't be bothered with the goji's in the end so I make go with red/black grapes. Not a good but a tasty snack.

I think Goji berries are a bit of a waste of time & money personally, you'll get more antioxidants (which seem to be their main selling points) from plums.

Decent turnaround.

Surprising how many of these sorts of companies are about now - shows how big the market is for such products.

Potentially retarded comment here but how are you supplementing with this KP? Just dumping a teaspoon in your mouth and washing away or adding to shakes? Mine arrived this morning so I plan to put it to good use

I am on 4 teaspoons a day.

two in the morning, one when i get home, and one before bed

I throw it in a mixer, shake it, and just drink it.....[with water].

But have also just put a teaspoon in mouth and washed it down with water

I've been taking it alongside greens, and definitely feel better for it. Just more energised, alert and "healthy" I suppose. Worthwhile investment IMO.
