Apostrohpe+s=genitive unless it's "it's" in which case it means it+is.
At least it didn't read "OIl's and there benefits"
The oils I'm using at the moment are just coconut oil and hemp oil.
http://www.coconutoilcompany.com/http://www.goodwebsite.co.uk/index.phpI think everyone knows the benefits of both, but the coconut oil is used because it's mostly satutrated fat, so high smoking point, very low oxidation rate etc, but also is 50%+ medium chain triglyceride which is the easiest absorbing 'energy' fat. Also, while a fair bit of the saturated fat in coconut oil comes from saturates which raise cholesterol (lauric and myristic acids), coconut oil also has oleic acid as it's main unsaturated fat which when taken with these two limits their normal LDL cholesterol raising effect.
Hemp seed oil is great for it's 3:1 balance of omega 6:omega 3 fats, and a decent level of GLA which is a good fat with lots of benefits.
