NRT Supresses Sexual Arousal?

Came across this the other day:

Now I know of some people (as I do) who use NRT as metabolic support when dieting (it is effective and the appetitie supression effects are amplified when used with caffeine - I have some other data supporting that) Just wondering if anyone has experience this particular effect from the usage of NRT? This study was interesting as it tested NRT gum as opposed to actual smoking (this is well known to contribute to ED)

I currently use 4mg gum and quite a lot of it.....Cant say I've noticed this but then my sexual hunger does decline when I'm dieting anyway!

i would also comment on smoking causing vasculopathies as just saying it is purely attributable to sypathetic and parasympathetic release. ED is one of the first markers of peripheral arterial disease, being male you are at a greater risk of this without smoking!!

on a personal note- i chew the gum and i cannot say that i have had a decrease in libido or been in any flaccid states.

conversely, it has always been purported to reduce oestrogen, and in doing so would lead to an increase in circulating testosterone levels.............

there's me with my head elsewhere today then
