Just registered as Rab has been pestering me to do so and get a journal on the go.
I train at the "Feral Factory" gym near Glasgow aswell.
I'm 5'9, 75k with probably about 14% bodyfat. Also do a bit of running- planning to do my first marathon later in the year so may have to reduce the weightlifting a wee bit unfortunately. At the minute I do pretty much the same workout program as Rab- HIT style with one main working set for each exercise after warming up to it.
