So hello, i am James, I am 29, been training hard and natural (except for mucho stims on and off) for 3 or 4 years now.
Current training is based around 6-8 times a week, 2 or 3 cardio sessions and 4/5 weight sessions based around heavy compounds and compound supersets/circuits for maximum pain and exhaustion!
I take lots of supps, in order of importance: Protein, Creatine/CEE, Glutamine, BCAAs, Beta Alanine, Taurine, l-Carnitine, ALA, ZMA, Trib, Green Tea, and anything else i can waste my money on for placebo effect.
