Wow cheers for all the kind words, greetings and ass shot requests..... sorry i havent been paying attention to this forum recently, been trying to spend a little time online as poss i have a very busy life which involves doing some freelance p/t design work, as well as doing an MA on top of my f/t day job and my training. So, extra time spent online is sometimes not welcome at home, though my GF is very patient and tolerant!
I will happily get some leg shots on here (different forum/thread?). My thighs are good, my calves.......... doh!
Rilla, maybe i need to move this to another forum now but i'd be well up for sucking on your knowledge fountain regarding how i can mix up the ECA stack a bit. It stopped doing much for me fat loss wise a while back. What can i combine it with or add to it? Got plenty of E to last me for a while. Got some Yohimbine HCL but its pretty f*ing potent and made me feel a bit moody and sleepy (!) so havent touched it for a while
PS. My new training partner bats for the other side so i am very used to the ass banter! He's skinny but keen and a good listener, hence my new project.
