Hi there i have just become a affiliated athlete for Bulk Supplements and they directed me to this forum.
It seems very well laid out.
About myself. I compete as a power lifter for the BPO and have done now for a fair few years. I have been training with power lifters since i was 17 and soon entered my first comp not long after that and have not looked back really.
I hope to be posting on here quite abit now.

lol, thats fine. I have won British, European and World titles as a Teen and a Junior, I spend last year in the open class and managed a second at the Europeans.
Numbers when in the 82.5:
Squat 250
Bench 150
Dead Lift 240
Not the greatest i know. Were good when i was younger, not so much now

Yeah well they could always be better
I'm looking for a far better year next year. The worlds are in Las Vegas so i want to make a good showing there.

Oh yeah i still have plenty of growing time, should really be in the 100's for my height. i'm just under 6 foot.
Its just trying to get all that food in me. Its hard work, although the awesome Chinese buffett we have near us helps. They even know my name in there now

You guys are not in the Open class are you? I'm afraid that i have to do the BPO British next year to get me into the GB Team for the Worlds.
