Yeah i think there is only you, Curt, Mj and myself isn't it?

The mighty Burningnun has just started competing.

Ill compete some time in the nearish future but unequipped/tested , and i think Karlos is planning on it soon as well, if he can find time in his modelling schedule :)

hahaha! Ooph, that one hurt man. :(

Although i'm strictly not a powerlifter yet i certainly want to compete unequipped in the future and my training is very much strength/power orientated. :)

Anyways, welcome aboard mate. Nice lifts.

Hi Alex.

There are plenty of shirtlifters on this forum. ;) Watch out for Rilla and Rab in particular :?

Not really just there's a competition in November that will suit timewise!

I actually train at a little club whhich is BDFPA affiliated - So may also go that route. Currently training to lift unequipped so will need to think about BPC and equipping up.

If the November BWLA is equipped only - I may use my knee wraps to get a slightly better squat - we shall see.

If you are going to compete drug free then i would chose BDFPA, besides that bwla has given up its IPF affiliation as the power lifters there did not like the lack of money so they have broken off and formed there own federation.

There is a push/pull comp for the BPO in December. I think its in Wales but that would be a good comp to get you started or just another comp.
I have been talked into doing it as well although i think i will just bench.
