For BB I like to carry 47" plasmas up and down flights of stairs - great full body move.
For motivation, I like to carry other peoples 47" plasmas up and down stairs, the flashing blue lights are an adrenaline jolt and send intensiy through the roof ;)

Well i did a quick session last night at the gym just to get back into higher volume stuff..did a few drop sets, supersets etc and trained to failure on a couple of sets. I do enjoy high volume work (knackering as it is) and really enjoyed training with the methods i used yesterday (had never really properly trained using drop sets etc before) but just don't think i really know enough about them to incorporate them into a decent programme without any help.

maybe a few weeks playing about with a few different methods...and reading up/asking questions obviously.

if you like the high intensity techniques like drop sets, supersets, pre-exhaust, rest/pause, strip sets etc, then lose the volume and go with a high intensity program.

if you prefer the volume, then go with an straight sets program with moderate - heavy weight.

Either way i think a spit would be a good change for you for a change :)
