I took these on Tuesday night and think they show a fair amount of progress. It's funny i look in the mirror and think nothings happening but from the pics its all going well.

you can see the delts starting to break free in the back double shot. abs should be popping out soon aswell as your waist is a hell of a tighter

Looking good scott, looks like your leaning up nicely, i think id look similar if i dropped about 10% BF. Nice droop on your triceps on the double back shot as well.

The leg shots will come im waiting for some decent seperation.
