Sorry for my lateness...I am VERY impressed! No wonder Master Yoda put up a thread about it.

Well done!

Cat, you're not the only once who finds her attention fixated on said sparkly teddy....Tho I hadn't thought about the dirt until you mentioned. Bad bad lady.

Deadlift, 120 x1.
The most horrible rep ever, but complete.
Proving that Craig was wrong when he said it'd take me a month to lift 120 kg is priceless.

It was still a good rep, just once off the floor there was no hip drive leading to rounding of the upper back. I've seen worse, over all a good effort and a huge number for less than a year into weight training and about 6 months of doing deads.

If I were Icemansoldier I'd be gutted reading that lift.

It is a HUGE weight, and yes, Craig is very irritating with this alwys being right thing.
Nearly always...

I thought you had said that it was horrible to watch?
having said that...

I WAS RIGHT AND YOU WERE WRONG HA!

Alex wrote:If I were Icemansoldier I'd be gutted reading that lift.

Craig is apparently banned and can't post the fact that 120kg is a girl beginner's lift...

Rab wrote:Thats now more than 99% of men can do including me just about :x

LOL!
you're telling me that you can't deadlift 120 kg and I'm supposed to believe you?

Rab wrote:In my huble opinion Craig is a pure fanny and must be wrong all the time

When Craig says something he is nearly always right (with a few memorble exceptions...).
I was very lucky to stumble in him, and even more to keep him in my life.
I will now have to kick your sorry ass and/or die in the process if I ever meet you to doubt that I have picked the most perfect man in the world
This post is disgustingly soppy and will self-destruct soon.

Dude a 1RM isn't a beauty contest, if it was, I would've won already.
Oh and I'm pretty sure you'll be passing Rab soon.
Good show.

Nice one the_cheshirecat. 1RMs are never pretty; perfect form is almost impossible so don't worry about it. You go it up so that's all that matters.
