Nope. To be fair not much has come on besides my arms, my chest has a little but i've noticed gains in my arms the most.

I've always bulked lean, I don't eat really go that much above maintenance. I think my age helps with staying lean(ish) though.

Cheers dude, thanks for the help with the routine :)

Changed the post so you can view the pics compared to the original. Had to do it in seperate posts though because it only allows 5 images per post.

I know the deadline isn't for a few days yet but there's going to be minimal difference in any pictures took.

I don't know if their all waiting until the absolute latest to submit them, or they've all decided not to.....

It's pretty sad really considering how enthusiastic they all were and how seriously it seemed people were taking it at first.

For me it was nothing I wasn't going to do anyways. I always take pictures every so often to compare like you should, I just took some on the starting date and then 3 months later I took some more....

As I get older the thing that becomes more apparent is that successful people all have similar traits:

They don't give in and they do what they say they will do.

Wardie - you are a success mate and this will carry over into the real world.

I'm sure Alex will agree, it's like Rugby, you can tell alot about a man by the way he plays sport. RC, Gareth etc., are all whinners who find a reason why they can't do things, well boo fucking hoo for them.

ESN is the place for winners!

Looking good Wardie.

I can visually tell that you've been doing DB Fly's across your chest.

You have a good upper chest shelf too which is good.

Cheers :)

I don't know why so many people seem to have a problem with flyes. I've said this before but i've always not only enjoyed doing them, but got good results from them when they've been in my routine.

Wierd one. Even Simon manages a fairly decent weight and his shoulders are shot to pieces. Just down to correct form and not bringing them close at the top.

I can say with some confidence that my not doing flyes is the reason my chest is lagging a bit...it's better than it was since I started doing more incline work, but I'm looking forward to throwing in some exercises I've neglected.
