Got a new bar, made my old one into a fat bar.

I like to do fat bar lifting in a sumo stance for variety and extra adductor work which makes it more like squat form prehab/assistance than deadlift assistance. But it hits the lower back and traps quite well (doesn't hit the lats like conv. pulling does).

Only one word can describe what I think of your gym setup....sweet 8-)

I'm totally loving it as well. Would kill for a setup like that. :)
