Very interesting on Nasser revealing is gear usage

1500mg then 2500 and 3000mg a week etc.....and does sound credible

was listening to that show yesterday. Seems 2-3g of aas and 10-30iu of gh is standard. TBH not a surprise and a common amount for amateurs to be using too bar the gh as its out of the budget of most
