This place opened this month near me

does look like a nice gym, changing rooms are a bit cosy
unsure about the red, obviously not much anabolism going on there

i know it looks really good and is less then a mile frm me!!

such a result

now gota get my ass out of David Lloyd as theyll try and wiggle out of the 6 month contract I signed ..so in theory I should only need to give them 6 weeks notice

went along to have a look....very impressed and def one ill be going to few times a week

good guys that own it, few pro's by the looks of it, and a really good atmosphere...hope it stays like it

can see it make alot of diff overall as noo longer do you have to put up with the DL crew

such a result for me tbh as its close to me...dbs upto 70 i beleive but some equipment they have made and designed themselves which look very interesting. good tbar tows which ive missed for a while and fiar few other bits from the states.

wont join yet and pay the £5 a time till i get outa DL contract

dead happy!

That does look a decent place... would love one like that around here. What are the membership cost/fees like?

£35 a month or £5 a session

basically 40% of David Lloyd lol and its literally 0.5 mile from it and i know theyll lose ALOT of people to this gym as many have had it with asking for bells and stuff tobe fixed but nothing had happened
