Never really appreciated how much progress I made

until now...

Never really appreciated how much I changed over time.

Here's a gap of about 4.5 years. It's amazing how much you can achieve - that's about 12kg of difference only about 3kg per year, but that's over 6lbs... so not to be sniffed at I guess?

Well I'm guessing it's 6lbs a year. As I have put on from the 2 pics around 12kg in 4.5 years roughly. I'm sure some of it is an increase in BF as well. So it's not 6lbs of lean mass I wouldn't have thought.
