Need some quick injury advice!

Postby Marks1972 on Sun Feb 24, 2008 7:24 pm

RIght hamstring went ping today.. more of a nag than pain at the moment but im concerned that once the happy hormones wizzing round my body wear off and i go cold it could show itself to be a bit nastier.

Any advice as to what to do? Ice it, compress it, massage? Keep static, keep mobile?

help! :)

in the immediate, hot and cold compresses, following 24+ hours see how it feels and start with ever so slighly massaging the area..to flush blood.....at least thats the kind of stuff I do......

A bandage is adequate and them put your leg up on a pillow and get the lady to look after you.

Blow jobs help!
