Need help for my Velocity like diet

Postby Jumping on Tue Sep 09, 2008 4:55 pm

Ok as I mentioned in my hello thread I'm seriously thinking about doing a Velocity diet as I need to lose a bit of fat that have been building up since I moved to Scotland from Sweden back in 2001...

My shopping list looks like this
BSD Optimise™ MWC 2.5kg (3)
BSD™ Regenerate - 2.5kg (1)
Fish Oils [Omega 3] - 250 Softgels (1)

So beside this I will get some Flax Seeds and natural peanut butter at my local health store. How ever there is one last thing outlined on the Velocity diet and it's Hot-ROX extreme which is suppose to help me lose weight fast. Now BSD doesn't sell anything like this so I'm hoping for some recommendations on alternative products.

Thanks guys!

HydroxyCut Hardcore - Comes well reviewed. I know people who've had some success with it. I'm sure the guys'll give you a better stack of supps - but buying seperately may not be cost effective.

Actually I'd agree that Hydroxycut Hardcore is a pretty decent metabolic raiser, as much as I loathe MuscleTech.

Have a look on ebay and you should be able to source bottle of 120 caps from around £25 and I've even seen offers of 2 for £40.

if you are hell bent on using biotest's products, why not source hot-rox from nutraplanet?

personally i'd opt for vpx meltdown as my product of choice or leviathan reloaded

good luck with the diet though- may be worth getting some additional MPC, as this should aid satiety and gie you a fuller feeling than the mpc/wpc mix.
dont get ordinary flax seeds, get th flax meal- it is in a vaccuum pack and is about a £10.

but flax seeds (whole seeds) are not rancid yet and so you can grind them as you use them. Although the meal is much easier to use.

I'm not hell bent on using biotest products hence why I'm gonna get BSD products :)

Yeah was thinking of possibly use nutraplanet to get something, Hot-Rox seems expansive and didn't get that good rating on nutraplanet.

The flax seed im gonna get is cold mild, also need to get some kind of extra fibre tablet. On t-nation they recommend fibre choice tablets not sure if they are possible to get in the UK.

Julesm have you used both products? Which one do you think are the best out of vpx meltdown and leviathan?

not sure what fibre pills are available in the uk- probably metamucil? i got some senokot on prescription to run alongside my meds- opioid analgesics have a tendency to block you up.

i have used leviathan reloaded- i thought it was quite good tbh, my next lipolytic choice will be vpx meltdown, this has actually been clinically tested, however the study was funded by vpx- but at least it did "check out"

i'm doing something similar to velocity, but i am not having the postworkout shake i'm using bulk amino's with no carbs, ad will be having one solid meal per day.

I saw that my local H&B had some fiber choice that you put in water, which might have to do. Would have been nice to find something that allowed you to chew it as I think I will be drinking more than enough as it is already

I'll see which one is the cheapest out of your suggestions Julesm and will prolly get that one.

Thanks for all your help guys!
