Need a quick opinion on over training.

Been talking to the gym thats being rebuilt and if i join now and pay for a year at £300, when the new gym is opened in september (at £50 a month), my membership will transfer, effectively making the first 6 months free.

This gym is 2 mins from home, but currently lacks the weight for me to train there (and ive payed for a year at Next Gen so would use it anyway).. but is fine for say cardio and abs.

So was thinking changing things slightly and doing this.

Monday - Cardio and Abs at Gym #1
Tuesday - Shoulders/Legs at Gym #2
Wednesday - Rest day
Thursday - Back/Biceps at Gym #2
Friday - Cardio and abs at Gym#1
Saturday - Chest and Triceps at Gym #2
Sunday - Cardio and Abs at Gym #1

Time wise this isnt a problem for me, and would me i could really go for it on weights days as i wont need to save a bit in the tank for the cardio and abs..

...but is this gonna be overtraining, or will the cardio and abs be sufficent rest time? Especially given that ill only be hitting each group once a week.

Cheers chaps.

Id say over a period it will add up to overtraining?...it all depends on whether your body does get overtrained easily?.....
