Sounds nice :D

Peanut butter on wholemeal toast with banana is also good - used to be good post-running food :)

Also peanut butter and chicken with brown bread or wholemeal pita is unexpectedly good, especially when toasted!

Im not sure if this is a little bit of a strange combo but i like peanut butter in sweet potatoes i think it gives them a bit of savoury flavour.

I used to do the same but with chicken mince in pitta as my pwo meal.
