Got a pretty good base there to develop with.

Good Taper and overall shape.

thanks jules and alex...

I have years to develop anyway as I'm relativley young... I'm gonna go on a bit of a cut in about 5 weeks...

I really want to work on my delts as I feel they are my biggest weak point... Also, my upper chest is underdeveloped, even though all I'm doing atm is dips and incline DB press

REally good base to start on but I don't understand the cut for the moment surely you should just try to back on some good quality muscle? Anyway, decent taper and general aesthetics, you just need the muscle mass now to complement your genetics :)

An excellent attitude to take, you are indeed young and I agree with Will here, get a good quality muscle base to start with. Compounds, oly lifts, etc to really develop that base will stand you in good stead. I don't think you really need a cut right now and if you're planning it in the run up to Christmas you have one hell of a lot more will power than I!

I understand the cut, Its our age where women and men alike expect guys who train and have muscle to have rippling 6 packs, of which they must display on demand lol

And in reality who wants fat, so yeah if you want that shreaded look go for it, just dont be too drastic and loose alot of your hard earned muscle.

Very good base. Personally, I'd try and trim down in the New year, so add some more mass for the next few months, then diet and cardio

That is exactly what I plan to do Si.

I've been training properly I'd say for about a year now and I am now finding much harder to make gains... and as I said before, I'm young so I have years to get HUGE. For the time being, I want to look good with the mass that I've got and slowly build up.

Also, I think I'd be regarded as another member to the dwarf empire at 5 "6

just saw these and good work!

Id scrap the cut if I was you as I dont think you look fat at all - use the winter as a out and out bulk and then maybe change the diet in April - but thats just another opinion

I agree with KP there mate, but there is one thing though!

If you feel that you cant fully commit to bulking and worry about puting on a lb or two of fat then your best to just cut as you will end up chasing two rabbits and catching none.

Great base there dude. Cut or bulk id go on a couple of months cut just to optimise the bulk. As at the moment you could do either and it would be adding to your look. So in coclusion cut of a bit of the slight fat then go all out blast for a good few months and show them muscles whos boss

If you have to think about whether to bulk or cut, it's time to cut.

Rab's point rings true I think - best to commit one way and I always think you get more out of your training when you're lean, particularly when you start out without as much mass.

Very good base though mate, you'll do well I'm sure :)

Umm...not all of us expect that! My preference is for strength and athleticism. I don't mind if there is a bit of fat to go with that :)

Your frame is excellent Roadz. Training time and good nutrition and you will be rocking and rolling! :D
