Muscle: a writer's trip through a sport with no boundaries

Postby exclusive on Sun Mar 23, 2008 7:10 pm

I recently read this boo, it was saviour while i was in hospital overnight i can tell you (the guy next to me his snoring sounded like the predator).

Anyway it goes in alot of detail about the greats such as Dorian, and also speaks some truths about the steriod aspect of the bodybuilding lifestyle, ONE thing that i never thought to ask was about a guy that trains at my legs gym (i train at a spit and sawdust gym due to better equipment, sometimes).

This guy is massive there is no evading that fact, but i didnt realise he once competed again ronnie coleman and Gunter, his name is peter brown, pete is at the bottom of the page and came 11th

All joking aside one of the guys at my old gym who competed in Masters always said one of the best things to drink post workout was beer due to the amino and nutrient content :)

I'm old and confused. I can see lots of pretty pictures but no article. Am I just being dumb

Why are Chavs like slinkies? They have no real use but it's great to watch one fall down a flight of stairs.
