The first 2 are tablets, which imo are not ideal. The latter is better as it's a capsule but ingredients aren't great. All have Vit D2 which is worthless.

I use this: http://www.yournutritionshop.co.uk/shopexd.asp?id=963

And then the best B-Complex I've found so far is by AOR: http://www.aoreurope.co.uk/product/view/3008

imo you get what you pay for.

Do you think AOR's multi is a good compromise as I'm also weighing up the cost here.

I've not used it, but I think it's a decent alternative to the two I mentioned. Just a shame they use loer quality ingredients like Cyanocobalamin for B12.

Stacking the other 2 would be ideal but I'm not sure I can justify £40 a month expense for it.

Looking back at these 2 products do you supplement any other vitamins seperately or rely on food?

vit D3, zinc, vit E, mag, - of those vit D3 is the best. AOR do very good ones. Cheap as chips too

those are every day ones. I have a few others I use now & again. I take curcumin everyday but it's not a vitamin per se.
