More testosterone than RC, wearing blue, eating porridge.

It seems like a few people on here want to see what I'm doing (make me have a journal so they can hurl insults), which is fair enough as I have an opinion on just about every thing. The first workout for this journal will be Monday but I thought I'd give it a couple of days to let the insults fly before doing anything  .

A little training history:

I've been training for about 3 1/2 years now, with a 3 month lay off about half way through. Started off with HIT style training which made me ill all the time but did the job for sure, moved to a PL style routine and got stronger but also fatter (I got the bit about eating enough cals but not where to get them from). At about 2 years in I started to develop food allergies and serious stomach problems, at the same point started a job which involved loads of cardio. The combo of these two issues stalled my progress for around a year (despite the use of the Polish celltech ;) ).

I finally turned to a high fat diet to try to get rude of the stomach issues (which it did at least temporarily) but a lack of carbs saw dramatic muscle loss, for sure I can't even go one day carb free its just instant muscle loss for me. It was at this point I joined this forum, it was pretty horrible seeing nattys doing so well when, hell, I didn't even look like I trained. I took this as a D-day to sort out all my issues, went into work and told them to change my departments to one with no cardio, looked at how to repair my gut and added gluten free carbs to my diet. By this time I had no interest in the celltech I wasn't even growing on it but with the changes I realized it was time to prepare a planned attack to slap on the muscle (25lbs LBM since march but still not looking assisted), theres little point me going into the assisted part in this journal as AAS are still a class C drug and I value my safety (please respect it also, if you want to know anything then there is the PM function).

I now follow thibs "easy hard gainer" routine and am progressing at an acceptable rate on it.

FAQ's

Are you trying to hide not putting pics up: Nope you'll welcome to come train with me or invite me to your gym, I love everything about BB apart from the prancing about in a pair of speedo's thing, I wouldn't take my top off down the beach let alone online. I'm not shy at all either or just trying to build up to having smoke blown up my ass about my progress etc, just not comfortable with it. If you just have to know................ well come train.

Prove that lift: I guess this one will come with time, I have a video camera so I'll just have to figure how to attach it to the computer (I'm crap at this stuff) but don't expect me to do it just to show off, that just not me.

Are you on cycle, in PCT etc etc: Use the PM function!!!

Stats:

BW: 200lbs
BF: low (sub 10%)
height 185cm
cock length: donkey

Diet

I'm hyper sensitive to insulin and an ecto so follow a high carb, high protein low fat diet. Just one of the very few out there that this type of diet suits. Cals are very high and my shopping bill is a biatch.

Goals:

Beat KP in dips (some how :? )
Triple BW deadlift by april
Double BW ATG squat by april

Should make up some pressing goals as its defiantly my weakness having long arms.

Craig, what is your ape index if you have long arms?

That'll help a lot on the DL

I was hoping to hit the triple at 260kg at 85kg ish BW so it will be a 170kg ATG squat which seems like a bit of an easy goal as I'm real close to that already but 2.5 time BW would be unrealistic.

Ape index is an informal measure of one's armspan relative to height. Among some rock climbers it is seen as desirable to have an arm span that exceeds one's height.[1] It is calculated either by subtraction (armspan − height) in which case the desired result is a positive ape index, or by division (armspan ÷ height) in which case one desires a ratio greater than 1.

So I'm 5ft8 and my armspan is 5ft10 =apex index of 2

I know a couple of guys who have ape indexes of 6inches!

There's an NBA player with a 7"5 wingspan at 6"9, so that's an ape index of 8. That's just crazy. :o

I wonder does he have the nickname albatross? I need to measure my wing span and see what ape index I get.

Well I don't have a bloody clue what is meant with the West countries beside that I assume that it will be on the west coast side of the country but maybe that's wrong to.

I might have to go to Oswestry soon as the company got another factory there and they might need me to come down to do some IT work there if that's closer....

Oswestry's not a million miles away from Bristol, bit of a stretch but doable. I'd be up for a meet-up at some point if you boys are game. 8-)
