going backwards on them when everything else is racing forward, just need a break from them unfortunately!

Not stopped by for a while, btu thought I better post up some praise case you thought I didn't love you anymore...

Strogn lifts mate - this is the strength phase right? looking very smart - might have a look at something very similar in the new year, in fact I'll probably rip you off - see if I like it :lol: course I don't piss test so I doubt I'll be throwing iron all about like you...
