The new battle for the O is out. i got mine yesterday looks pretty good i have a fair few of these an i really like them

what do they cover?..ive never actually ever seen one of these as I always thought they were just weider marketing....

the battle dvds are the athletes a few weeks out from the O. You see a good variety of people doing 1 training session and mist travels the country to film them. They are pretty long so you have to ff on bits but overall you get to see some people you would never see

They are good but you have to do a bit of self editing!You get to see a lot of pro for little money
