I might start doing a bit of strongman soon as I met a guy at another gym who was telling me about a local comp, he is getting me the details.
Im on a ripptoe type program atm, well ripptoe and 5x5.
Mon - Squat, Bench, Military Press
Tue or Wed - Squat, Deadlift, Powercleans/Snatch
Fri - Squat, Bench, Bent Over Row/DB Row/Pendlay Row/T-Bar Row/Pull Ups
Squats I do easy, under half my 1rm 5x5,
Bench at the moment im experimenting with, ive had a good build up if I do 50-60% of 1rm for 5x5 paused all sets, I went from 100x3 did 60x5x5 for one week and then got 100x5 the next week (first two were paused).
Deadlift, I only do once a week so I go balls to the ball, ya'no like powerlifters should
