Me!

Trained on and off since I was 15. Given my amazing ability to injure myself more off than on.

Trained for about 4 or 5 years total but most recently since 2005 with a slight hiccup for 6 months in 2007 with a broken foot.

Current lifting total is a measly 200kg which I intend to up to 250kg this year. Ideally would like to beat all my old PBs

Bench 80kg (pre shoulder injury)
Squat 91kg (para oly style March 2007)
DL 80kg (Christmas 2007)

It's only been the last 6 months or so I have finally got my head around the concept of diet. I know very little about supplements and I love volume training. I know I can learn a lot from you guys, I want to include a lot more power lifts like clean and press and I'll start a journal in May.

Some really good numbers there for a female, very strong. I have every confidence you'll be able to get back up to that level and start to surpass them this year provided you're patient and rehabilitate your injuries carefully. As the saying goes, the tortoise wins the race, not the hare...

Alas I can't bench that much any more. Although I really want to try and get back up to it. I never used to DL but its my strongest lift at the moment and I thoroughly intend to hit 100kg on it this year.

As the others have already said, these are excellent lifts. Am sure that despite your injury you will before too long equal and beat them!

Unfortunately I haven't benched that heavy since 2002. Not managed more than about 65kg since I messed the shoulder up.
