I reckon i will drop back a bit for a few weeks,doing 180-190 for more reps then go for 205 Alex.

Tres impressant. Also looking on the bright side, if the next lift does go tits-up with no spotter, you'll have the camera running and it's an easy £250 from You've Been Framed. Everyone's a winner!
