Give it a go mate,might not be good for you but you never know. Takes a couple of sessions to get used to,might suffer sore palms for a bit but it soon passes.

Very good form on those lifts Ben. But I couldn't help noticing that you look like you could kill a man just by ripping him in half like an old phonebook.
