Gonna lob in cardio as soon as I get this all sorted out, might lob a sesh in on sunday. This goes against Craig's advcie but I think I'm the type who needs it. Just one ss and one tabata/HIIT sesh per week(gives a little room with the diet). Maybe lob a bit of core work in and grip work on saturdays.
Just trying to make the training complete. I've got most of my sh!t life/training habits sorted.
