Mass Routine Advice

Following advice from Craig, gonna be doing basic periodization mass/strength. Had fun training like the Muss, but with my job had to cut the cycl from 7weeks to 6. Will be doing this all the time from now on, 6 weeks mass/week off( 1 light upper+lower workout)/6 weeks strength. So to kick off, here is what I'm doing for the next 6 weeks for Mass(robbed of MP and altered to suit my available equipment). input on rest times and cadence appreciated.

Flat Barbell Bench press 3x6
DB Row 3x6
Incline BB bench press 2x10
Lat Pull down 2x10
Seated DB shoulder press 2x10
Chins 2x10

Workout 2 - Lower body

Squat 3x6
Goodmorning 3x6
BB Lunges - 2x10
Calf raise 4x12

Workout 3 - Upper body

Incline press 3x6
Pullup 3x6
Flat BB bench 2x10
BOR 2x10
Seated shoulder press 2x10
curl variation 2x10
Weighted Dips 2x10

Workout 4 - Lower body

Deadlift 3x6
Front Squat 3x6
Leg curl 2x10
calf raise 4x12

For strength, I'll be robbing something out of curt or one of the other PL guys Journals :mrgreen: I expect to get 4 weeks good progress from each cycle. first week will be adjustment and last week will probably be just maintaining as I've noticed that I get pretty shagged out towards the end of cycles.

Gonna lob in cardio as soon as I get this all sorted out, might lob a sesh in on sunday. This goes against Craig's advcie but I think I'm the type who needs it. Just one ss and one tabata/HIIT sesh per week(gives a little room with the diet). Maybe lob a bit of core work in and grip work on saturdays.

Just trying to make the training complete. I've got most of my sh!t life/training habits sorted.

Looks like a good routine maybe switch the bench in the second upper body session for dips. Looks good to go though.

Got dips in there as well :D Maybe just bung the bench altogether and do more dips - I likes dips :mrgreen:
