Nice rack pulls mate.
Like you i need to get rack pulls from a bit lower down. Where you train, does it have a lot of 20's/25's? I think i'll stack some 25's say 2-3 high and rest the weight on them. Ok its not the most stable but it allows you to change the height quite easily. Just a thought.

The problem is, to get to 300kg i need to use 4x25kg, 8x20kg and 2 x 10kg .. which pretty much max's out the bar.

And guess what plates we have.... 4x25kg , 8x20kg, 4x15kg and 10x 10kg :D

I stand on 2 15s at the moment so im basically using every plate in the gym ..people must hate me.

I would hate you aswell
Probs best bet then is to source some crates/blocks from somewhere - wood would be best i guess. I'd have a quick look out the local dump/scrap yard and see if you can find anything.
Nice position to be in though, maxing out all the gyms weight...bastard
