Major Sugar Wobbly

Something not to try!

500mg Na Rala and 3g Cinnamon [ground]

Had chicken, veges and about 70g Oats] and then took 500mg Na RALA and what is now 3g Cinnomon - 40 mins later legs went to jelly - thinking what the hell - and then felt sleepy - downed some Pure Apple Juice [about half a litre] then was bit better.

Never done this before - but must be syngergism and amplification?

Should have taken my blood glucose to see how low it went.

Not doing that again!

potentially synergistic?
i am still not wholly convinced with cinnamon- yes it tastes great, but the literature just doesnt truly quantify it (to date anyway).

500mg Na-rala for only 70g of carbs ANYWAY! sledgehammer approach or what

my tunnel vision thoughts- surely this concomitant use would already be in play- geronova dont miss a trick, and big pharma would have definitely found a levo-isomer of cinnamon that was patentable.

kp man- hypoglycemia is not all that forgiving you lunatic!

you twat!

I go major hypo on 100mg if I have less than 50g carbs. Christ I would only chance 500mg on a tour of a haribo factory
