It was a heck of a wallop. It did bruise up nicely during the game but seemed to have disappeared by the end of it. Hope it doesn't cause you too much pain mate. Shame about the game today, but at least we know we work well as a team, we just need to be used more. :)

When the rugby's over I should come down on a saturday and train with you! That'll be interesting!

Was pretty awkward eating dinner this evening. Even the veg was hard going!

Hopefully Simon may be in his coaching role at Old Emanuel RFC and we can try out pre season. Otherwise hitting some sessions would be good.

Did you win?

Sorry about your old mush, but it'll learn you for not having a gum shield!

In terms of coaching, I don't think I'll be qualified and in the set up in time, but you blokes should play for Old Emanuel, it's a better set up and that was where I was going to suggest we all played anyway, as Decca was just a way to get fit before getting on and playing for a better team.

During the summer I will be doing loads of drills etc., with the Decca lads who are interested though, just to sharpen up my coaching skills, so we could do that.

It is wrong that I am really excited by the prospect of Si coaching and whipping all the players into shape? :?

Gum Shield wouldn't have made much difference as it whipped sideways across the jaw.

No we lost which just show's how bad things have got seeing as we won the reverse fixture 76-0.
