I think a fair few people would be happy being at the size he is right now after not training for 3-4 years!

I'm never really interested in bodybuilding but this should be a really good watch! I wonder how big he'll be able to get without any assistance.

Getting back what you've lost is easy, gaining what you've never had is hard.

Will be following with interest... agree with Alex he looks in decent shape even for someone who hasn't trained for a while.

Hes aiming for 5lbs a week !

Never understood why he didnt at least carry on training , almost as if he didnt like it or got bored with it

Was a mixture of Politics and his other desires. Plus when he left year odd after was when the salaries and sponsorships went into 7 figures for top ranks...so maybe he did leave at the wrong time?

Im abit dissapointed - on closer reading of the posts and his replies in the Q and A he said he wont be putting up his diet fully but will breifly refer to it.

However- the wording on the blog seems to suggest at time of writing he has no intention of competing. If it goes well - and he gets paid to compete - he will Id say maybe do some appearances as he is an extremely popular bodybuilder.

Yeah, I've been checking this daily pretty much. Those triceps are mad for sure but 18" arms is a bit surprising as I would have thought more given the Triceps as mine aren't much smaller but Triceps look no wear near as big. The top heads are killer.

thats right - but I reckon after the huge success of that site - like 120k hits in a week - it wouldbt surprise me if he makes some kind of a comeback depending on how it goes. His following is huge.

Always use the belt for support.

He's doing frigging EZ bar pushdowns with a belt?!?!?!

yep and what is wrong with that? he is doing 160lb and there does require a slight bend hence the scope for your lower back opening up is higher...the belt would align the lower back and let him arch it as he is

So would core musculature. Seriously, no matter how heavy his pushdowns are, I have a hard time seeing a need for a belt.
I now understand why people at my gym use belts for more or less every exercise...

strong core or not - that has nothing to do with it - all it takes is a ever so slight misplacement or move and youll wish you wore a belt. Id rather have it then not - if it means its not "macho" or whatever.

Have a look at the lastest video, 4th Chest & Tri's workout...

What do you think of his form for Flyes and Pushdowns?

Flyes look similar to how I'd do a neutral grip DB Press while limited ROM on Pushdowns. No doubt it works well for him but makes me think even more how much genetics is involved not just in putting on muscle but also the shape. I think you can try and guide to a certain point but ultimately your genetics dictate your shape.
