Leucine Super food additive?

Postby Jumping on Fri Oct 03, 2008 12:25 pm

Was having a quick look on T-nation today and stumbled on a new article by TC about a super food additive called Leucine http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/special_reports/special_report_unleash_the_full_anabolic_potential_of_food now this looks fan f-ing tastic on the write up. Obviously Biotest has released a product with this.

If this stuff really works the way the write up says is there any chance that BSD will start selling a similar product? I mean I would be seriously interested in trying it out. Or is this just to good to be true?

BSD does sell Leucine. It's the same thing.

Of late Leucine is getting alot of exposure but we KNEW it had value years back - its just some companies want to hype it slightly too much.......it does work - it is a good supplement but isnt a mircale worker. Given the choice of having it and not - Id always have it - 2g 2-4 times per day with protein

Ahh cool stuff guess I should have checked the BSD website better. I blame my sore head which I need to kill before gym time tonight.

So has any one used this and noticed a huge improvement in muscle building? Might order a bag with my next order and mix it in with my food.

Also your pricing beats Biotest with a mile :)

Think I will definately get a bag myself soon!

Statements like that demands pictures :D

It looks like a solid product, think I will have to purchase some of that and start sprinkling it on my food :)

Hard to measure it in I can be honest - but taking it over say 2-3 months will give you a good indication.

I'm quite a fan of it in the dosing that KP suggests. As he has alluded, over time, you'll notice a difference in adding lean mass. Subtle but it all adds up.
