Not making excuses, but haven't trained in over a week now and bit of a crap time, so not looking my best. (ok so I am making excuses)



Just a reminder from what I was back in feb:


Not the biggest amount of gains but there's definately some there I reckon... arms for sure are looking a bit bigger, as is chest, plus from memory the feb pics were taken after a gym session so would have still had a bit of a pump from that...
